An unplugged or low-AI story
Tell your evidence-based story as a written or illustrated narrative, poster, live reading or recorded audio. AI is optional; the historical standard stays the same.
Use the interpretation and checked story plan from DRAFT. Choose one:
- Written narrative
- Illustrated narrative
- Poster
- Live reading
- Recorded audio
In one sentence: Why does this format work for your story?
Turn your checked draft into the chosen format. Keep the DRAFT sheet and sources beside you. You have already decided what the evidence supports; now make that clear for an audience.
Write, draw or present the story yourself. A live reading or paper version needs no AI or specialist technology. Recorded audio can use an ordinary recorder.
Limited production support with AI
Make the story yourself and, if useful, use AI for limited help such as shortening text, translation, subtitles or editing. Read or listen to the result and check that it still says what your evidence supports.
AI can help make it. AI cannot decide what happened. If it adds a historical detail, ask “Where did this come from?” Verify it or remove it.
- Keep the KNOW, THINK and DON’T KNOW distinctions visible in the wording.
- Check that production has not introduced unsupported claims or changed your interpretation.
- Apply the then-not-now, evidence and dignity checks once more.
- Hand in your finished story together with your DRAFT sheet.
Keep both for REFLECT, where you explain what changed and what your tools did or could not do.
- Your main claim is clear.
- Important details trace back to evidence.
- Uncertainty has not disappeared during production.
- The finished story and DRAFT sheet stay together.
