Teacher Training
A bootcamp that prepares you to run Untold Stories in your own classroom: three online sessions, classroom practice in between, and a peer network that outlasts the project.
Content in development. The bootcamp structure below is final; session content is being co-developed with the partner schools after the first pilot. Full materials will appear here.
Key dates for cohort 2
- 14 September 2026, 16:00 CET — recruitment webinar: 30 minutes explaining the project, 15 minutes Q&A.
- 1 October 2026 — cohort 2 begins; the eight-week classroom curriculum is runnable from this date.
- October – November — cohort 2 delivery; training sessions 1 and 2.
The bootcamp follows the same philosophy as the student curriculum: learn by doing, then reflect, then scale. You don't sit through webinars — you run the phases yourself, first as a learner, then with your own class.
The rhythm
- Session (online, live) — concepts, demos, and hands-on practice with the canvasses and AI tools.
- Classroom practice (between sessions) — you apply what you learned with your own students, at your own pace.
- Peer exchange — you bring back what worked and what didn't; the group refines together.
Two cohorts
- Cohort 1 — partner schools. Teachers from the project consortium; they co-develop and validate the materials.
- Cohort 2 — EU-wide. Open enrolment for schools across Europe, starting 1 October 2026. Cohort 2 runs as a field test: the materials improve on what your classrooms show.
The three sessions
Session 1 · Foundations
Multiperspectivity in history education, GenAI in 90 minutes, why the two belong together — and what to do with no AI budget.
Session 2 · The six stages
Running EXPLORE → VALIDATE → COMPARE → DRAFT → CREATE → REFLECT in your classroom: timing, group dynamics, common pitfalls.
Session 3 · Assessment & ethics
Assessing AI-assisted work, the AI Audit as a grading instrument, dignity and bias in classroom practice.
Classroom practice
The project-based homework between sessions — what you try with your students and what you bring back.

Can't wait for the bootcamp?
- The full student curriculum is already live — every phase, every prompt, every CHECK panel.
- Print the canvasses and walk through Phase 1 yourself with one museum object — or a photo of one; no museum trip needed. One hour, no AI experience needed.
